١. وصف الخدمة • 1. Service Description
بازارك هو سوق إلكتروني يتيح للبائعين في مصر إنشاء متاجر إلكترونية لعرض منتجاتهم من ملابس وإكسسوارات، ويتيح للمشترين التواصل مباشرة مع البائعين. بازارك ليس طرفاً في أي صفقة بيع. Bazarak is not a party to any sale. All transactions happen directly between buyer and seller.
٢. الحساب والتسجيل • 2. Accounts & Registration
يجب أن تكون ١٣ سنة فأكثر لإنشاء حساب وتقديم معلومات صحيحة. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور. You must be 13+ to register, provide accurate info, and keep your password confidential.
٣. باقات البائعين والدفع • 3. Seller Plans & Payment
تتوفر باقة مجانية محدودة وباقات مدفوعة. الرسوم غير مستردة بعد التفعيل. We offer a free plan and paid plans. Fees are non-refundable once activated except where required by Egyptian law.
٤. سلوك المستخدم • 4. User Conduct
لا يجوز عرض منتجات مزيّفة أو غير قانونية، أو الاحتيال، أو إساءة استخدام النظام، أو التحرش بأي مستخدم. You may not list counterfeit/illegal items, defraud buyers, abuse the platform, or harass other users.
٥. محتوى البائع • 5. Seller Content
أنت تحتفظ بكامل حقوق ملكية صورك ومنتجاتك. بنشرك للمحتوى تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لعرضه على المنصة. You retain ownership of your content. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our platform.
٦. المعاملات بين البائع والمشتري • 6. Buyer–Seller Transactions
بازارك يوفّر فقط منصة عرض ووسيلة تواصل وليس مسؤولاً عن جودة المنتجات أو الدفع أو الشحن. We provide only a discovery and contact platform and are not responsible for product quality, payments, or shipping.
١١. القانون والاختصاص • 11. Governing Law
هذه الشروط تخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
